Busy Update [Thursday 19th May 2017]

Image
Sorry for the lack of posts, i've been really busy recently and haven't had time. Also illness has kept me in bed. It's been a couple of days since I last posted to this blog, actually it's been a couple of weeks. Sorry guys. I'll try harder next time.  School is taking up a lot my time. And I've been helping my brother revise for his GCSEs . Luckily he's pretty smart so it's not too bad, just want to make sure he does alright. I found them really stressful and I was totally surprised when I got some good scores. You'll be glad to hear that I am keeping with the healthy body healthy mind routine. Put on a bit of (muscular) weight and now I'm finally fitting my XS t-shirts lol. So yeah sorry for this being a bit short. Don't worry I've got some plans for this.   Pic unrelated just needed something, guess it fits I have been feeling happier lately. I'll say it's being healthy that caused it so people will listen to me. ...

Gone Campin' [Friday 5th May 2017]

Happy one week anniversary everyone! I cannot believe how popular this blog is after just one week, I cannot thank you all enough for the support and motivation! I've packed my rucksack, ate a huge (but healthy) meal and made sure I have enough tea for the weekend. I don't know why, but I'm taking so much stuff. I've filled a 90L rucksack, if you're not sure how big that is, I can crouch and have the top flap pulled over and buckled shut. It is enormous. Most of it is spare clothes, the forecast is torrential rain which I am not looking forward to, it should be fun though . A lot of people are really annoying me at the moment and I can't wait to leave them and their stupid faces behind. I hope you guys are doing well. TGIF! Slowly I am getting used the healthy ways. I've started going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time usually eight hours late; this is the best idea I've ever had. It's so satisfying not being sleepy at school...

Teaching Diabetes [Thursday 4th May 2017]

Image
I feel that diabetes is not as high profile as other diseases. Let's do something about this. I'm going to start teaching online lessons about diabetes. The idea came to me last night. I realised that a lot of people know of diabetes, but don't know about it. This is probably because it is not as lethal as something like cancer. But it does effect just as many people, not in the same way but it it a huge inconvenience.  Obesity is a growing problem (pun not intended, that's horrible :/ ),  many people don't understand the consequences of obesity. This, along with lack of support is a huge reason why people are not taking action to improve their health.  Now I want to change that, by spreading the word about diabetes we can save lives and money. A colossal amount of money is spent on helping these people lose weight; that is all unnecessary if you educate the population. You can help too buy sharing this blog with everyone you know, and also the online less...
